conclusion:
1.spells damage of two hands counted separately,so does critical strikes,that makes the Killing Machine of PPM mechanism less efficient,but the additional rune makes up the shortcomming.
2. 3 Threat of Thassarian,formula of off hand damage are similar with main hand's,just less damage.
3. 15% off hand damage from talent are counted directly on the final damage,that is:50%*1.15=57.5%.and actual improvement was 7.5%/150%=5% when take the 100 main hand damage into consideration,3 skill point provides 3% hit rating and 5% damage taking.
